Azizbek Mukhutdinov — Owner

Azizbek Mukhutdinov is the owner of the Boss Security Screens dealership in the San Fernando Valley, California, and an authorized representative of the brand. Azizbek immigrated to the United States with his family in 2015 at the age of 15. Inspired by his family's strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, he developed an early passion for business and hands-on craftsmanship.

In 2018, while still in high school, Azizbek began working at an HVAC company, where he gained his first real-world experience in the trades. This early exposure shaped his approach to customer service, technical problem-solving, and business operations.

In 2021, Azizbek joined Boss Security Screens as a technician and installer. Through dedication, consistency, and an uncompromising commitment to quality, he quickly advanced within the company.

By 2025, Azizbek earned his California Contractor's License and launched his own company, becoming a trusted provider of security screen solutions throughout the San Fernando Valley.

Azizbek and James Kerr have known each other for many years and together have played a key role in building and growing Boss Security Screens. Today, they continue to work side by side with a shared mission: to deliver exceptional service, support their community, and help protect families across Southern California.

James Kerr – CEO

James Kerr is a mechanical engineer, lifelong martial artist, and unapologetic super geek — an ideal combination for someone dedicated to keeping the bad guys out. As the founder and owner of Boss Security Screens, James brings deep technical expertise and hands-on experience to every solution his team delivers.

When he’s not reinforcing homes and offices with cutting-edge security, you might find him sailing, flying, playing chess, or traveling with his family. And if you’re lucky enough to buy him a pint (or two), he might just share some stories that are best kept off the record.
