As the founder and owner of Boss Security Screens, James brings deep technical expertise and hands-on experience to every solution his team delivers.

Elena Ledoux - COO

Elena Ledoux is the co-founder of Superb Maids, one of Las Vegas’ top-rated house cleaning services, which has served over 2,200 clients and completed more than 7,300 cleanings. Within its first year, the company rose to the top of Yelp, Google, and Facebook rankings—and was named “Best of Las Vegas” by the Review-Journal in 2016.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Elena worked as a defense attorney in Honolulu and served as a law clerk for two civil division judges in Woodbury, New Jersey. She holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from Tashkent State Institute—where she ambitiously took on both Chinese and Arabic—and earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware.

A passionate advocate for immigrants, Elena is committed to helping newcomers navigate assimilation and thrive in the U.S. She is also the author of a book dedicated to this mission. “98 Tips for Achieving the American Dream.”
